  47. 3This TomCat F14 taxis on the aircraft carrier’s deck before
  48. 3taking off.  It’s brilliant and in a future version a dog fight

  52. 3Yes he’s cute and features in this small film.

  55. 3A great film of aircraft taking off.

  58. 3One of my favourite, especially in a multisync mode.  Puts the
  59. 3A540 in the lime light.

  62. 3Lots of birds flying over a fractal landscape.

  65. 3This program was converted from the Atari ST, PD demo program of
  66. 3the same name. So don’t expect amazing graphics or high quality
  67. 3sound, just sit back and enjoy a magical tale. Requires at least
  68. 3750k of free memory.

  70. 1Dragon
  71. 3This starts of as an impressive drawing of a dragon and it slowly
  72. 3changes into the Datafile Logo with a message.  It is superb.
  73.  
  74. 1WhirlPool
  75. 3This film starts of with a colour picture of a small boat.  It
  76. 3starts to spin like a whirl pool and when it stops it has changed
  77. 3in to an Acorn.  Again this is superb.
  78.  
  79. 3As with all nick’s work they are exclusive to the library and
  80. 3may not be distributed by any other library.

  83. 3The X position of the mouse controls the logo, the Y position
  84. 3controls the animation speed. This animation has been written
  85. 3especially with Dave of the DataFile in mind. He had the nerve
  86. 3to criticise my last animation for being too small, so this one
  87. 3goes some way towards appeasing him, with 625k of sprites
  88. 3smoothly spinning in subtle syncronicity.

  93. 3Again Nicholas van der Walle has produced yet another stunning
  94. 3film.  Based on his Wheel film but many times better.
  95. 3A must for any user interested in producing films on the Arc.

  98. 3The 3D files were created by Euclid (as usual) with Mogul for
  99. 3the film creation on a faithful A410/1 with RiSC-OS 3, 36Mhz
  100. 3Arm3, NO HARD DISC (wow!) and an essential 4Meg.
  101. 3The suspension unit is an exact replica (to the mm) of that of
  102. 3the Astute 2WD competition radio controlled model car - hence
  103. 3the name of Astute Graphics (well it sounded good at the time).
  104. 3The object was to see if Euclid was capable of creating a true
  105. 3engineering working model. Well, hopefully as the result shows,
  106. 3it is - but only if you have worked a lot (masses) with it. (By
  107. 3the way, I'm rather chuffed with the spring).
  108. 3requires and a 4Meg machine.

  111. 14 Stroke
  112. 3If you don't understand the internal combustion engine this
  113. 3massive 5meg film is what you need.  As the pistons move up and
  114. 3down the valves open and close in the correct sequence for each
  115. 3cylinder. The whole engine also revolves through 90 degrees to
  116. 3allow a clearer view. The package also includes a few smaller
  117. 3engine files.
